Scott Jeffrey Bartell

Scott Bartell began his dance training at Renaissance High School in Detroit, MI. He attended Wayne State University and the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. There he was awarded the 2008 Excellence in Dance Award. His training also includes ABT Detroit Summer Intensive, and Jacob's Pillow Contemporary Traditions Program (Milton Myers). Scott was also a member of Philadanco II and Smoke, Lilies, and Jade (Zane Booker). Bartell currently choreographs for many high schools whos' works are presented locally and nationally. As a professional dancer was a member of Spectrum Dance Theater under the direction of Donald Byrd
